Issue with Razer Iskur X Cylinder

I am from Brazil, and I purchased my Razer Iskur X chair in January 2023. Recentlu, the gas lift cylinder has lost pressure, and the chair no longer stays at the desired height. I would like to replace the cylinder, but I am not sure which model or specifications are compatible with this chair.

Additionally, I was unable to locate the serial number on my chair, as the label appears to be missing.

Could you please advise me on the correct replacement part or provide guidance on what I should purchase?
