Issue with Razer Kishi V3 (USB-C) and COD Mobile on iPhone 14 Pro

Hello Support Team,

I am currently experiencing an issue using the Razer Kishi V3 (USB-C) with Call of Duty: Mobile on my iPhone 14 Pro.

Initially, the controller worked perfectly; however, after a firmware update, it stopped functioning within the game. It is important to note that the controller works correctly in other applications, and the Razer Nexus app recognizes the device and allows me to navigate its menus without any issues.

I have discovered a temporary workaround: if I uninstall and reinstall the Razer Nexus app, the controller works in COD Mobile during that session. However, as soon as I close the game and relaunch it, the controller stops being recognized again.

Here are my system and app version details for your reference:

Device: iPhone 14 Pro

iOS Version: 27

Razer Kishi Firmware Version: 1.1

Call of Duty Mobile App Version: v1.0.56.0

Razer Nexus App Version: 5.0.5

Could you please investigate this case or provide a permanent solution?
