Issue with Razer Synapse 4 Importing Profiles from Synapse 3

Hello,

I am experiencing problems with Razer Synapse software. After upgrading to Synapse 4, I am unable to import my device profiles from Synapse 3. On another computer, Synapse 3 recognizes my devices and syncs profiles from the cloud correctly, but Synapse 4 does not import these profiles properly and fails to fetch them from the cloud.

Unfortunately, reinstalling Synapse 3 on my main computer is not an option because it does not recognize my devices anymore.

Now i cant use my mouse or keyboards-
 

Could you please assist me with this issue or provide a solution to migrate my profiles to Synapse 4?

    allso synapse3 files dont import to 4.
