Hello!

I have  an issue  with the Razor zen tarok  gaming chair. It should still be under warranty.

I bought a Razer Tarok zen chair over a year ago and unfortunately the base (where the wheels attach too) has cracked and now the pole connected to it just goes straight to the floor and catches my carpet or scratches my laminate flooring...I cannot lift or lower the chair anymore.  Is there anyway I can purchase replacement parts for the chair?  Or can you replace the chair for me under warranty?

Hey guys,

Please be advised that your Razer Edition Tarok Gaming Chair is a collabration between Razer and the chair manufacturer Zen Gaming so we can not assist with spare parts. I would suggest that you reach out to their support via  support@funnivation.com for assistance.

I already contacted that address and never received any response.

Razer Team, I find this reply disappointing. This is clearly not an isolated incident: multiple owners are reporting the exact same structural failure after a similar period of use, yet customers are simply being redirected to a manufacturer that does not appear to respond to support requests.

Given that this product was sold under the Razer brand at a premium price point, I believe it is reasonable to expect Razer to take a more active role in addressing recurring issues affecting its customers.

Personally, this is now the second premium-priced Razer product I have owned that has not met my expectations in terms of durability and after-sales support, which is genuinely disappointing.
