Sup, Im use laptop for long time and after 1 day when I put off battery from my laptop, I found touchpad stoped work, it can move, but no click at all, since I use only mouse and today after windows stast ask lets prepare Your Windows as New version, it was start working, until razer starts update, so I found several issue with g-sync, touchpad.

Just try to change screen settings by rotating display, possible Nvidia or razer software problem.
I solve touch pad issue by changing Display orientation in Display settings (Landscape, Portrait)
