Subject: Issue with Razer Viper V3 Pro Skates

 

Hello,

 

I purchased my Razer Viper V3 Pro on December 7, 2024, and I play Valorant every day for about 4 hours as I am pursuing a professional career. Yesterday, I noticed a new issue with my mouse.

 

The problem is with the skates. As usual, I came home and started playing Valorant, but the mouse felt extremely heavy and didn’t glide smoothly. It felt like it was sticking to the mouse pad. Previously, it used to glide effortlessly, but now it moves much slower, as if there’s an issue with the skates.

 

At first, I thought it might be due to dirt, so I gently wiped the skates with a tissue, but the problem persisted. Then, I tried cleaning them with a damp tissue, yet the issue remained. Thinking it might be a sensor issue, I also cleaned the sensor, but the problem didn’t go away. I tested it again, and the mouse still doesn’t move properly, making it very difficult to play.

 

I believe there is a problem with the mouse and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
