Issue with Registration and Sound Quality – Razer HN2121D13402842

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding my Razer headphones, serial number: HN2121D13402842.

I received them as a prize from a Telegram channel giveaway. The device is currently in my possession; however, when I attempted to register the headphones to activate 7.1 Surround Sound, I discovered that this serial number has already been registered by another user.

In addition, when connected to my PC, the sound quality is very poor, while everything works correctly when connected to my phone. I believe this issue may be related to the device registration or software.

I kindly ask you to:

  1. Check the registration status of the above serial number.

  2. Unlink the device from the previous account.

  3. Assist me with proper registration and activation of 7.1 Surround Sound.

  4. Advise on a possible solution for the poor sound quality when connected to a PC.

Hey ​@Fithured,

Upon checking the serial number, it would seem that your headset was registered way back in 2024. Based on the serial number, the headset was manufactured in 2021 and was registered in 2024. There is a risk that products purchased from non authorized resellers are often counterfeit or re-boxed goods. I would suggest that you take this up with the concerned channel. Unfortunately, we do not have spare 7.1 Surround activation codes. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
