I have a razer 18, top of the range 2025 model that has a sound issue. After about 10 mins of use the sound becomes distorted and unusable. Tried resetting drivers but not getting anywhere.
So decided it must be faulty, however, now I can’t return it even though less than 14 days

Any ideas what is next step?
It says I can return so I am well within my timescale
