Hello Razer Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 mouse. When I lift the mouse, the RGB lighting turns off, and when I place the mouse back, it doesn’t work for 1-2 seconds. This creates some inconvenience while using the device.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please provide instructions for fixing this problem or, if possible, help with a replacement?

Let me assist you. Was the mouse working fine before? Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
