Issue with Synapse 3 and my U key

I just got this keyboard today and for some reason once i installed the software my u key just doesnt change color with the preset. When i uninstalled it and when i rebooted my pc it was perfectly fine but once Synapse 3 loaded up the u key just went white. I have literally the exact same issue with my Huntsman Mini. It worked fine the first day i don't know what happened but if i uninstall synapse it works fine but nothings customized

Same here, got the board today, it was fine on launch, after updating synapse my U key is stuck with a white light and it won't change.

Edit: I noticed that the reason the U key is white, is everytime your "gaming mode" is on, you can turn gaming mode off in the settings.

It's to show that your "gaming mode" is turned on, you can turn it off in the settings.
