Issue with the Huntsman Mini

The problem started when I wiped the keyboard with a damp cloth. For a moment it was acting weird, but after waiting a bit, it worked fine. I went to the store, and when I came back, the keyboard stopped responding. The computer detects it when I plug it in, and Synapse does too. As you can see in the attached video, the keyboard reacts to pressing keys and so on. I’ve probably tried every possible solution, but nothing worked. I even cleaned it from the inside with isopropyl alcohol and did a full system reset. What should I do next?

Have you tried plugging it into a different computer? Let me know via PM along with your Huntsman Mini’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt. Looking forward to your response!
