Issue with Tilt Mechanism on Razer Iskur Chair

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the tilt mechanism on my Razer Iskur chair. The backrest tilts back and forth freely without the lever engaging properly. When I lean back, the backrest moves backward with no resistance or control.

I would like to know if it's possible to order a repair kit or replacement parts for this issue. I am willing to purchase the kit if available.
