I'm experiencing a serious issue with my Razer Orochi V2 when using the 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed USB dongle.
Problem:
As soon as I plug the USB dongle into my Windows 11 laptop, my Wi-Fi performance is severely affected. It's not just my home Wi-Fi that disappears—almost all nearby Wi-Fi networks vanish from the available networks list. Sometimes no networks are visible at all.
The only way my home Wi-Fi network appears again is if I move extremely close to my Wi-Fi repeater/router. Once I unplug the Orochi V2 dongle, the Wi-Fi networks immediately return to normal.
My setup:
Mouse: Razer Orochi V2
Connection: 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed USB dongle
Operating System: Windows 11
Home Wi-Fi: 2.4 GHz (also using a Wi-Fi repeater)
Troubleshooting I've already tried:
Updated Razer Synapse to the latest version.
Updated the mouse firmware and Wi-Fi drivers.
Tried every USB port on my laptop.
Disabled USB power saving in Device Manager.
Restarted both the laptop and router/repeater multiple times.
The issue only occurs when the Orochi V2 dongle is connected.
Could you please let me know if this is a known compatibility issue or RF interference problem? Are there any firmware updates, settings, or recommended solutions to resolve this?
Thank you for your help.
