Issues accessing online support chat

I would like to contact support about replacing a 7 month old Kaira gaming headset thats cracking.  The chat option is greyed out. if it try to open a case from support cases it just takes me to the same page with the greyed out chat button.

Let me assist you. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case? Please also send photos of your receipt/invoice and the broken headband so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
