Hi everyone! I got the Basilisk ultimate but suddenly it's disconnects for two seconds and then comes back... That problem in games is terrible. HELP!!

    Hi everyone! I got the Basilisk ultimate but suddenly it's disconnects for two seconds and then comes back... That problem in games is terrible. HELP!!
    Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed? Have you tried connecting the mouse to another USB port or computer? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I’ll be locking this thread now.
