issues with blackwidow ultimate 2017
hello there, Today I purchased a blackwidow ultimate, downloaded synapse 2 and for some reason in the "lighting" page the option to change the color scheme of the keyboard is not displayed. I know that I should be looking for "effect configuration" however it is no where to be seen.

Please send me the serial number of the keyboard and a screenshot of your Lighting tab on Synapse 2.0. As far as I know, the BlackWidow Ultimate only has green LEDs, so it is not capable of switching to other colors.
