Hello everybody,
I noticed some strange behaviour of the razer Chroma Connect feature on my blade 14 and wanted to know if anybody noticed something similar or could help me.
I use the actual vivaldi version on the blade and the chroma connect module is installed probably. All other razer devices use the highlighted theme color of the browser and stay so, until I change the windows or the address.
Except of the build in keyboard lighting of the blade. The keyboard illuminates by the first loading of the Web page and shines in the matching highlight color. But after a few seconds it fades to dark and switches off.
I think this could be some sort of energy saving, but I couldn't find any option to disable it. When I press a key, it lights up again and fades a few seconds later back to dark. If I switch to different battery saving modes for the lighting in razer synapse it lights up again and fades dark again.
I know this is not a hugh error or so but I would love to have the lighting stay on, like my other devices.
By the way: this happens both when the blade is plugged in or off the wall.
Best regards,
Sascha

I suggest removing your Synapse modules, then adding it again. Should the behavior persists, please gather your Synapse logs, then proceed with the clean installation. Otherwise, submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can initiate a support ticket on your behalf. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
