I purchased and received my mouse dock pro and basilisk v3 pro about two years ago. Everything was working fine until a few days ago. Whenever I select any value above 1000 Hz, my mouse slows down significantly, especially during gaming. I can adjust the sensitivity, but the situation remains largely the same. It's extremely slow. When I go back to 1000 Hz, it works normally. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse 4 several times, but nothing changed. I even reformatted the computer, but nothing changed.
