issues with kaira headsets

I’m just gonna paste the same issue a person here had:

 

Hello,

I've been having trouble with talking through Discord using this headset, I can hear who I'm talking completely fine but can't talk. I figured it was a Xbox settings problem so I doubled checked and it wasn't so the same with Discord, then I updated the headset thinking it was that and it wasn't. Id also like to mention that in Xbox party chat or in game chat it works completely fine. My friend had the same problem but then went on Xbox accessories app and turned of the headset and re connected it and that worked for him but not me .

 

at least for myself it was the opposite, they literally can hear me but i can’t hear them back on discord.

Hopefully i could get some help thanks!
