Issues with Naga V2 Pro

I am having trouble with the side buttons on my mouse. Naga V2 Pro’s  duel button panel is having issues where the button is being held down. which is causing the mouse to malfunction and not be able to click on anything at all. 

I’ve tried updating the firmware and cleaning the connectors. Neither has solved the problem.

Can I receive help on this issue?

Running into the same issue.  Clicking rapidly on the side panel buttons causes them to become unresponsive, or stuck on.  Issue persists after I close the game where the problem originated.  Only thing that seems to fix it is to unplug and replug the mouse and then it only fixes the issue for a minute or two.

 

I’ve tried updating synapse, the mouse firmware, cleaning the contacts on the sidepanel etc.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the side buttons on your Naga V2 Pro mouse. Could you please let me know via private message if there were any incidents that happened to your mouse prior to the issue? Additionally, is there any noticeable physical damage to the device, such as cracks, a tangled cable, or exposed wires? 

As a further step, you might try cleaning the affected button using a can of compressed air to ensure there are no obstructions causing the button to malfunction.
