Issues with opening a support ticket

I asked a question here but never got a response so I'm attempting to contact Razer Support for help with it instead, but each time I try to click send it responds with "Network Error" and doesn't send. Additionally, the dropdown box for "I need help with...*" doesn't open when I click on it, so I am unable to provide that information, which is mandatory, likely making it impossible to send anyway. My question is fairly simple and all I want is a solution; it shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the issue I'm trying to resolve if anybody should wonder: /f-keys-not-working-with-hypershift.75452/

Were you able to remap this before and make it work? As far as I know, “F1” through to “F12”, the Windows key, Print Screen, Scroll lock, and Pause can't be configured to have secondary functionality. I hope that helps. PM me if you need anything else.
