I have never been more upset with Razer. I've had software problems before, but they were minor or partially my fault and easy to fix. All my Razer devices died on me and after hours of troubleshooting, my Razer Basilisk Ultimate and my Tartarus Pro are still having problems. It all started with this RSy3_AudioAppStremsWrapper.dll error that I've gotten in the past day or two. I uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse 3, which I had to do multiple times because the installer I got from the official Razer website was problematic. Once one of the installing attempts worked I went into Synapse only to find that the software can't detect my mouse and that joystick on the keypad and the profile button no longer work. I tried plugging in the mouse with the cord, fixing drivers, and resetting the devices through the Synapse program. I've tried everything I can think of and I've never had problems this severe before.
