Issues With Razer Diamondback and Razer Synapse

Hello, thanks for taking the time to read this, and hopefully help me out. So a few years back, my friend got me a Razer Diamondback for Christmas, and I've been using it happily ever since. Originally I could use the Diamondback, and user Razer Synapse's Studio to customize the color on the mouse, and then I went a year or two without trying to change anything. Fast forward to recent, after a factory reset I reinstalled Synapse, and everytime I go into Studio it says it doesn't detect a Chroma device. Yes I have installed Diamondback's most recent drivers as well Thank you for your help!

Hi there! Have you tried plugging the Diamondback to another PC or port? Also, please try to reinstall Synapse as well. Let me know how it goes.
