Issues with Razer Naga Trinity

Hey all, I've had two issues with my razer naga trinity and I was wondering if these are normal. This mouse is 4 days old, and these issues have been happening out of the box. 1. The left click feels "weaker" than my right click, and it sounds a little bit more pitchier than my right click. Is this normal with most razer mice, or should I expect both switches to feel and sound the exact same? 2. I use the two button side, and sometimes the side button closer to me doesn't hold properly, if I push down in the center with full force it works more reliably, but this is very annoying, should I also expect this behavior?

I am having a similar issue with the right mouse button feeling weak it even has a bit of give about a mm before i can feel the button and then it presses but it does work. I can also see that on my left click, it hardly has to move the button on top as to where on my right mouse button its almost touching the body of the mouse before it registers the click

Thanks for the videos. Please send over the serial number of your mouse to me through PM. I'll pick it up from there.
