Issues with Synapse 4 and Razer Naga X

Question

Hello! I recently installed Synapse 4 on my pc to rebind the side buttons on my Razer Naga X mouse but cannot seem to get the software to recognize those buttons? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, uninstalling my mouse drivers, swapping USB ports, and restarting my computer but nothing has solved this issue. I’m not sure if I’m just missing something or if there’s a bigger issue. I’ll attach an image of the software if that can aid anyone who might have some advice. Otherwise, I’ve had this mouse since 2023 and rebound the keys on my previous pc which I replaced at the beginning of this year. I’ve only recently installed the Synapse software on this pc however.

Nevermind, the issue is that I’m incredibly oblivious! I just wasn’t pressing a button.
