Issues with Synapse 4 and Total War Warhammer 3

I’ve also had this problem, it happened with a logitech keyboard, and when i switched to a razer keyboarded and used synapse 3 the issue stopped, but with synapse 4 i have the same problem. the alt, ctrl and shift keys wont work while using any mouse buttons. I wonder if there is something tww3 doesnt like about the software, this might be the case if logitech and razer are using something similar to handle mouse and keyboard functions. I’d say swap to synapse 3 but it looks like they’re ending support for it in feb,
you can also just exit out of synapse (or whatever logitech uses to manage devices) completely, and that seems to fix the issue, but it is a pain to have to exit and relaunch when you’re done playing

so i got feed up and had cursor investigate the issue and after testing its recommendations, it looks like its something specific to the chroma app, synapse 4 can be left on, you just need to uninstall/exit chroma, something to do with SDK? might be something razer and the other big device folks should look into. but they’ll never see this post and the best support i got was “oh we’re sorry to hear that”

I can either: turn off Synapse 4 and have shift + LMB and Ctrl + LMB work again and MMB not working… 
Or Synapse 4 on and have shift + LMB and Ctrl + LMB not working and MMB working. 
So its pointless to play. Imma get a Logitech set. SMH.
