Issues with the Naga Pro's side panel
For some reason, at times, the Naga Pro/Synapse confuses the two-button side panel for the six-button side panel, and when it does, the buttons stop going back and forth on a webpage and instead somehow turn into left-click buttons.
I usually (temporarily) resolve the issue by reinstalling the panel, but lately, it's gotten worse. I now have to reinstall it in a very precise way, for it to register as the actual panel I'm installing.
I've been facing this issue for months and the official Razer Support proved to be useless, could someone help me? Thanks!

56kulDid you already try to clean install the Synapse application to further isolate the issue? If not yet, you can follow the steps here to proceed. If that didn't help, let me know through PM and provide your case number so I can check its history and look for other steps to help you address the issue with the side panel of your mouse. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
