Issues with Windows 10 May 2020 Update and Razer Core X Chroma

Tonight I updated WIndows 10 to May 2020 Update. Following that my eGPU was not recognised in the Razer Core X Chroma. The other interfaces were working OK, USB and ethernet, but the graphics card was not working. Device manager showed the card present but said it was not working because Windows could not start the driver. Solution for me was to uninstall the graphics card driver for the card in the Core X, download the driver from nVidia, and perform a fresh install selecting a Clean install. All working now - hope this helps others who may run into this issue.
