exception processing message 0xc0000005 - unexpected parameter, tried reinstalling same issue

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. In order to help us quickly reqolve this issue, could you provide us with the details below?

 

  1. Razer Cortex Logs
  2. Did this issue occure before you update your Razer Cortex? Did it only occure when you updated Razer Cortex to the latest version 10.8.15.0?

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Please uninstall Razer Cortex, download it here https://www.razer.com/cortex, then, reinstall Razer Cortex and restart your PC to check whether this issue persists.

i did that many times. even uninstalled all Razer application and reinstalled it. same error.

Thank you for sharing your issue with us. We will fix this issue in our next versin, before we resolve it, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot on your side:

  1. Exit Razer Cortex
  2. Go to this directory %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Razer\Razer Cortex
  3. Open the file “appsettings.json” 
  4. Search “ImageAdjustModule” 
  5. Delete “ImageAdjustModule”
  6. Save the changes
  7. Launch Razer Cortex.

Please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via pm if this issue persists.
