I am using the Raiju v3 pro. I purchased it around December last year in Japan time, but even though it hasn't been a year yet, the drift is incredibly large. I've tried calibration several times, but there is no sign of it improving at all. Is support assistance possible?

Try to update your controller’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Raiju V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds along the way.
