It cannot be set in "Razer Headset Setup for Xbox".
I bought "RAZER Kaira Pro for XBOX HALO Infinite Edition" today. Immediately, I connected the headset to "XBOX Series X" with a USB cable, downloaded "Razer Headset Setup for Xbox", started it, and paired it.
The sound of the game can be heard from the headset, and the headset logo is also glowing green.
However, "Razer Hedset Setup for Xbox" cannot move from the first screen to the setting screen.
A "!" Is displayed in the center of the headset illustration.
What is the state of this? What should I do to move to the settings screen?
