Can anyone help me about my razer black widow chroma v2. I've registered it, plug in, plug out, removed the previous connected keyboard and turned off many times my pc but it still won't work

    Was the keyboard working before, or is this happening right out of the box? Please share a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager. You can either copy-paste the image on the reply box or upload it on GDrive or Dropbox as a shareable file.
