It says that the phone has already been registered

Question

I bought a Razer Black Shark headset and when I go to register it on the website it appears that it has already been registered but the headset is new I would like help to be able to register it the number is HN2121.. I would appreciate it if you could help me so I can activate 7.1 thank you and I am waiting for a response.
