bought new headphones razer blackshark v2 x with the number (removed). When trying to get the activation code 7.1 you must first register the headset, it says that it is already registered and that's it

I have the same problem. Was wanting a solution on here but cant find one.

I also have the same problem 
this is brand new and i bought it at a official reseller
