Hi,
I saw another thread about this, but it was locked so I wasn't able to chime in. I purchased my Razer Basilisk Ultimate with charging stand a couple of months ago, and have not been able to register it. Every time I try, I get the error message "Item serial number does not match product number".
Please help!
