Hello, I've bought a Razer Kraken Pro v2 and I tried to register its ID but when I entered the code it said that the serial number was unknown.

Were you able to try it out on a different browser? For now, please try to clear cache & cookies, try a different browser, or try a different device. If you come across the same irregularities, please let me know via PM for further isolation of the problem.
