"Item serial number unknown" For Razer BlackWidow Elite Keyboard ???

Hey i have recently purchaced this keyboard on the 12/10/2019 And have been prompted to register the product code on the Razer website. After filling out the required fields i have been notified that the item serial number is unknown. I could use some assistance on where to go from here. -Many thanks -O,Mac
