I was able to get help through facebook messenger on Razers FB page. It turned out the first zero was actually the letter "O", but it is virtually impossible to distinguish by looking at it as printed on the back of the keyboard. Try every combo of 0's and O's...

I also had this problem and Also bought my blackwidow elite from Amazon. My space key has already began to fade after only a MONTH

I tried every possible combination since mine has quite a few 0's or O's but it still didn't work. Going to message them on FB though. Thanks.

Im having this issue and nothing works.

try O letter instead of zero for the first one only, also there is a slight difference between the O letter and zero numerical on the back of any box, you just need to look hard to differentiate those, but watch out for ( 1 & I & l ) the ( i ) capital letter and ( L ) small letter are easily mistaken with the numerical 1, i had a product that started with an ( i o ) which i though was number ten ( 10 ), so after entering it like this ( IO ) it made sense with what's on the box and worked
