I purchased a headset. When I tried to register it, it says the product is already registered, even though I never registered it. Please assist me to verify its authenticity and resolve the issue.

What is your headset model? Please be informed that product registration is primarily for warranty purposes. You should find your device's 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card that came with the device as indicated here. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, it’s best to contact the reseller. If you need further help, just send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can check the information.
