Need some help. I have a BlackShark V2 X, and a Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 laptop. I’ve plugged in the single 3.5mm cable into my audio jack, as my laptop does not have a separate one for a mic jack. However, Windows is not detecting that the jack mic is plugged in, and so I cannot use the mic. I’ve tried Microsoft Support but their solutions didn’t work.
