jumpy trackpad on the razer stealth 2019

more specifically speaking, when using multouch. whenever both fingers come close enough to touch. the cursor starts to spaz out and jumps all over the place, minimizing other windows etc. even when scrolling, it jitters up and down momentarily and quite frankly, I'm not about that lifestyle. Upon checking the mouse options in device manager, all I see are HID and razer blade stealth. was wondering if these were the correct drivers.

Mine seems alright so far, it does seem sensitive to clicking but I know that is an option I can likely change in settings.

My '19 advanced blade exhibits some glitching as well from time to time, sadly

yes it can be software related. its very esay to reproduce when moving a window. click with one finger and move the window with the other. as soon as one moves finger next to each other, it starts to jitter at some points

Hi there guys! Have you tried using the EC updater? If you haven't, please do and let me know how it goes. You should be able to find it here.

FYI i am also completely up to date with all drivers available for my system on your support site, and glitchy mouse is just something I've had to accept. I'm also crossing fingers, since it is MS drivers? that 1903 as soon as it allows to install on my laptop, might help

no thanks. you don't need any case for this one fam. do all of razer use apple products or something? simply test it on your razer blades. any version; doesn't matter. every responses were just "well sometimes things suck" and no solution.

EC updater doesnt fix it, reinstalling and updating drivers doesnt fix it, synapse reinstall doesnt fix it. Either its a precision driver issue or a trackpad issue. is there a way to use synaptics instead? maybe that will rule out a hardware issue?

tried it on all the surface products in store and they all exhibited similar issues. also had several razer techs try it on their blades with the same results. this is definitely an issue with the precision drivers so at least theres that.
