Just bought my razer15 today but its already malfunctioning

Hi, I just bought my razer 15 2070 Max-Q today, and after I used it for a while I found that it "sleeps" for a few seconds randomly and turns itself back on. I updated my windows/ nvdia driver but the problem still persist. Is there a software fix for this? Or is this a motherboard issue?

    I just bought one a month ago and I am ready to throw mine in the trash , worst mistake I made was to switch from Alienware and buy a Razer.

    That’s probably sensor or display cable issue, since it’s new can’t you exchange it?

    Sorry to hear that, but you can send me that, it’s better than throwing it in the trash. I prefer Razer trash than Alienware trash, they’re ugly.
