hi, i just got a new razer hammerhead tws pro and try them. paired and when i try to listen the audio is reversed. i searched how to fix it from restarting my phone and trying to factory reset it. but idk how to properly reset the hammerhead tws pro. so how do i fix this?

Can you try paring them to another mobile phone or computer and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.
