Hello, so I was excited to purchase a Razer Deathadder v2 Pro and try to go wireless once again but for some reason I cannot get the 2.4Ghz dongle to activate. The mouse is detected by Synapse and works fine when plugged in, it also works fine when paired via Bluetooth. However the dongle won’t work no matter what I do!
Please help me. :(
