Just updated my hyperpolling to potential 8k, tried to update the mouse software(v2 pro) and says it failed?

Updated my hyperpoll to 8k, after that i needed to update my mouse software, tells me to plug in the mouse with the usb provided, I do so and it just instantly says its the update has failed (Viper V2Pro)

    Please download and update the Razer Viper V2 Pro firmware here. Also, make sure you have the latest version of Razer Synapse installed on your PC. Feel free to PM me your mouse serial number if you need help. All the best!
