K key getting randomly stuck

I use a Razer Ornata Chroma, and after a random number of clicks, my K key seems to be stuck. It started to be more frequent. Please help me, it's a brand new keyboard. I bought the keyboard at a Polish shop with electronics named "Media Expert".

    Do you get the same results with or without Synapse and is the key physically stuck? If so, I highly recommend that you reach out to Media Expert and get a replacement. Send me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard if otherwise.
