can’t seem to get through to support so hoping someone else has experienced this as don’t wanna send these otherwise great headphones back to Amazon!
I opened them brand new yesterday, they charged and connected brilliantly with my Xbox but the mic doesn’t work. In the menus it’s like the mic isn’t connected but it’s obviously part of the headset.
I downloaded the razer software and there’s no mic options in there either even tho it recognises the model of the headset so it should show mic balance.
Ive tried unpairing and repairing them again no joy.
if this is an easy fix I’d love to know rather than having to return and wait for new ones!
