Hello everyone! Today I received a brand new Kaira Pro, everything is fine, just one question. When I turn on the headphones, the Xbox turns on, when I turn off the Xbox, the headphones turn off too. Is it possible to somehow turn on/off the headphones separately from the console?

Are you pairing the headset to a PC or a gaming console? And when you mentioned that the "Xbox turn on when the headset is turned on", are you referring to the actual gaming console and its app?

I am pairing the headset to the console Xbox Series X. The headphones have been updated to the latest firmware version, the app Razer Headphones is installed on the xbox.

For example, the Xbox and Kaira are turned off. When I press the Kaira pro power button, the xbox is turning on automatically. When I turn off the Xbox, the Kaira pro is turning off too. Even if the headphones are also connected to the smartphone at the same time.

Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried deactivating Bluetooth by pressing the Razer Kaira Pro's Bluetooth/Multifunction button before pairing it to your smartphone? Please refer to the screenshot below:

Same problem here, very frustrating. Headset turns Xbox series X on but I just want to use it on my PC. I can then switch to my PC-sound using the Bluetooth/Multi-function button, but if I shut down the Xbox (as I do not want to use it) the headset turns off as well. Can this headset even be used on another device (after being paired to a Xbox) with the Xbox turned off?

Hello there! Thanks for sharing your headset's concern here. Have you tried unpairing the headset from the gaming console before connecting it to a different device? And yes, you can pair this headset to a PC by downloading the Razer headset setup for the Xbox app (ensure to plug the Xbox Wireless adapter, not included in your package) and mobile devices. Please refer to this link. Should the behavior persists, please send me a PM.
I know I can pair it to a PC, I have. The problem is the headset is turning the Xbox on when I just want to use it on my PC. I don't want to keep pairing and unpairing it. It's a modern device, that should not be necessary. I'd just like to turn on the device I am using, power on the headset and use it with that device without another device turning on. I like the fit and sound of the headset. If this is just the (strange) way it functions, fine, but then it's just not for me.
