Got the headset as a gift last Christmas and they were working fine until a couple of months ago. The connection keeps dropping from both my PS4 and most recently my PS5 - the connection shows on my console as if they’re connected, but there’s no audio / mic activity. Every now and then it will randomly work as normal but not for long and then the audio disconnects again. I’ve tried multiple resets and troubleshooting methods, and the product is out of warranty so I’m unable to contact the support team for assistance. Any ideas?
