Kaira Pro Firmware Update Freeze

Hi all, I think my initial firmware update of my newly purchased Kaira Pro froze. Let my try to describe how the screen looks since I can't seem to upload pictures here. Top of the screen: connect the headset to the PC using the USB charger cable Middle of the screen: Please don't power off your computer or unplug your device(s) Updating 1/2751... 100% The green loading bar is full. Bottom of the screen (left): Firmware version: 0.00.00 Lates version: 1.00.12 Bottom of the screen (right): Cancel & Update (nothing happens if I click on them). Is it safe to unplug the headset and start the update again or how should I proceed? Thanks for your help.
